A read gives no verdict. For each driver it states the rate that driver would have to run at, from today, for today's price to be right. That rate is written here on the day, with a digest, and never edited. When the company prints the next quarter, the print is written beside it: above, below, or at what the price needed. A stock price scores nothing on this page.
